Another $10 gem. Olivares Rosado is must add addition to your wine fridge.

Today we review a bottle of 2018 Olivares Rosado from Bodegas Olivares. Made from 100% Grenache from the Hoya de Santa Ana vineyards in Spain, Olivares boasts an alcohol content of 13% with an acidity of 5.80 gr/l. The suggested food pairings are appetizers, grilled vegetables, fish, soups, pasta and salads. This is a very delicious wine. Dry and light, it’s bursting with fresh fruit flavors. There is no bitterness and the fruitiness and floral notes seem to pop with each initial sip.  We were surprised at how balanced it is and is one of the best that we have reviewed so far.
