One of the better places to grab a drink in the Clinton Hill neighborhood is at the newly opened restaurant called The Finch which is described as a seasonal American restaurant and bar. One of the better choices on the cocktail menu is a nice little number called Brooklyn. Containing a mixture of Rye, Marashino, Dolin Dry and China-China Amer, the Brooklyn is served straight up. The first sip seemed to be pretty strong with the vermouth overpowering the taste buds a bit, but it went down very smooth after and was progressively better as it continues. A very enjoyable cocktail at a great new restaurant with an excellent atmosphere.
